Shadow and Sky Rescue is a 501c3 Nonprofit organization founded in 2024 that is dedicated to helping highly adoptable animals that are in bad situations or have barriers to their adoption due to location or circumstance. Shadow and Sky is a foster based rescue organization that is volunteer run, and focuses on matchmaking potential adopters to the dog that is the best fit for their family and lifestyle. 

As a rescue, our goals are to alleviate the overpopulation of animals in underfunded areas around the country by taking in discarded animals and spaying/neutering them before placing them up for adoption in more densely populated areas, to lighten the load of shelters that are at/over capacity of animals in their care, and to aid in the dissolution of the puppy mill business by taking the unwanted animals that otherwise would be disposed of using inhumane methods.
